Ian GudenkaufVice President, MortgageAs Vice President of Mortgage, Ian Gudenkauf brings 25 years of lending experience to the VisionBank team. While studying marketing at Emporia State University, Ian began his career in banking as a loan processor. He enjoys the challenge of learning something new every day and this passion for learning has been the driving force behind his continued growth in the banking industry. After gaining experience as a processor, he moved into positions as an underwriter, a loan officer, and now as the Vice President of Mortgage. His experience allows him to assist his team in making quick and thoughtful decisions to positively influence the lives of our customers. Ian's responsiveness to customers sets the bar for customer service in our bank and it's those interactions that keep him engaged in his position every day. He truly enjoys the challenge of managing the mortgages of our customers and the relationships that come with this responsibility. Ian continues to grow his industry knowledge by connecting with professionals regularly, including attending events through the Sunflower Association of Realtors.
